its better to avoid such hotels. Its a low class Hotel. Very Small Washrooms and extra small rooms. I stayed just for 1 night; thank god it was just 1 night. Please have your breakfast..lunch..dinner...at just near by Hotel N K GRAND Restaurant...this restaurant has best foods and staff are too good.

Location of this hotel is good. We have some good restaurants nearby. But the maintenance of rooms is very poor. Some rooms have windows that won’t close. Water problem was there in many rooms. We stayed there for 3 nights and we changed almost all the 5 rooms that we stayed. Except for the location there is nothing good about the hotel.

They are totally foolish and not supportive people . hotel staff is not professional, i was traveling there 3 months before , when we enter in reception , first what we saw on front of us , that an girl and an reception boy is sitting in corner side and doing some adult activities to each other , to see us they suddenly stood up. and saw us. then they show an room to us that was on 1st floor . after we done, reception boy told me that that room is only for showing people , we can give you room on 3rd floor , ( hotel don't have LIFT). we are so tired so we say like . ok we will took this. after 24 hour , reception boy call us and told that we have to leave office next 48 hour because of they have another booking .. we are like shocked to listen this , BUT ok, like we told him please find another hotel or some room in this hotel , because we have a lot luggage with us. reception boy told us . ' ok sir . i will find for you and let you know ; BUT he didn't . he was only cheated us . before an night . at 10 pm reception boy called us and told that we have to leave this room before tomorrow morning 10 AM. now readers , can you just believe that , firstly he didn' find , second , if he did not , he not inform us , he informed us before 12 hour , at night , on that time we are not able to find room , at early morning . they ask for full money. INCLUDING TIP. . We just shocked man. how they people are. we think to complaint there in Police station . but we don't want to spoil our good time because of that foolish guys. i am not recommend this hotel to anyone. don't go over there , and they don't have internet also.

I have stayed in this hotel with my family for 6 nights during my Andaman trip. Rooms are of standard size with ac (window/ split) and LCD tv. Wifi is available only in reception. Food quality is good but variety is limited. It's location is very good as it is very near local Aberdeen bazar and bus stand. A Bengali hotel/restaurant is also there just three building adjacent to this hotel. Staffs are few in number but helpful. Reception desk and maintenance of rooms needs to improved.

Stayed in two different rooms on arrival and departure from Port Blair. Located about 400m from Gandhi Statue circle and Aberdeen market and quick access to small shops. Comfortable mattress. A 160L refrigerator is provided! Wifi is available only at the reception. Room was air-conditioned(window type). Flat screen TV with cable channels in different languages. Towels, small bar of medimix soap and clinic plus shampoo sachets were provided. There was a mosquito repellent as well. Decent water pressure. Complimentary Breakfast though limited to two items (it was aloo paratha and upma on the day we had it) + bread & jam, tea was served hot and good. The other day we were leaving early and were in a hurry - they packed some toasted bread slices and a small juice pack. Responsive front desk. 24 hour hot water was there through an instant heater in the bathroom. No lift, AC location is not apt - not sufficient cooling. Very narrow bathroom. Not even 3 feet wide. The shower is positioned facing the narrow wall! Though they have invested in good fittings poor maintenance is causing faster deterioration. Floors in room and bathroom seemed clean, nooks and corners not cleaned properly. Shower head in one of the rooms worked well but it was choked in other room. The first floor had a stink but the second floor was ok. Cockroaches seen. Doormat at the entrance of bathroom very dirty. Floor mat at the foot of bed also not clean. The second time we stayed TV & STB remotes were missing. They dont even check things before a guest arrives. The pillows (one per person) were very thin and not at all comfortable. You have to buy bottled water. I wish they will pay more attention to maintenance, cleanliness to improve the guest experience.
